By using the app you agree to these terms. Flock Signal is developed and operated from the Netherlands.
The service
Flock Signal turns KNMI radar data into an indication of bird migration. Measurements and forecasts may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. The service is intended for nature observation, not aviation, navigation, safety or other decisions where damage could occur.
Plus subscription
Plus is an automatically renewing subscription. The current price, term and any trial are shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase; the store price governs. After a trial, the selected plan is charged and renews automatically unless cancelled within the store's stated period.
Manage or cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Payment, cancellation and refunds are handled by the store where you purchased and are also subject to that store's terms.
Availability and fair use
We may change or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, outages, source changes or misuse. You may not disrupt the service, bypass security or automatically republish its data without permission.
Data and liability
Radar data: KNMI, CC BY 4.0. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by use, temporary unavailability or decisions based on a measurement or forecast. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
